About the presenters:

Jerry Gallagher is an associate with the Donovan Group, a PR consultancy dedicated to helping schools, districts and educational organizations tell their stories and engage their stakeholders. Jerry spent 19 years as an EMMY-award-winning broadcast journalist in Iowa and Wisconsin, where he reported on education topics, including a special report on Common Core. He earned his degree at the University of Northern Iowa.

Jay Cooper is the marketing director and content strategist for Campus Suite. A former journalist and school public relations specialist, Jay’s experience spans marketing and communications for industry, K-12 and higher education. He has helped businesses, schools and colleges use the power of web communications to improve their image, generate support, and optimize relationships.
